brake pads, which ones and how to change?

I think my brake pads could do with changing, but iv never done it before and dont know which pads to buy.

The brakes are Avid Juicy 5's i think, il check later.

Which type of pads are best, I've searched ebay and have found ceramic, carbon, standard and a range of others.

also, is there any guides online on how to change the pads?

I've always used organic pads in my juicy's. Work well with no fade and last a while (really depends on how much you ride and where though)
