Came across this in Brian Moore's column in today's Telegraph
So if your bum gets a little sore on a long run just be glad that

    If it was Union you could point out that its yet another rule change to suit the Southern Hemisphere. Why wasnt he chinned? That would be my reaction to someone trying to insert a digit into my bottom.
