Usually have to punch them out with a suitably sized tool.
Do you have a manual for the bike?0 -
pivot axles may need pressing out as well.
Contact you haro dealer (or Haro) for infos."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I have the axle out. Was just a bit worried about damaging the bearings. Also how do I remove the bearings from the headset as they are internal? Want to give it a fresh paint you see so need it all stripped0

I battered everything out with a big hammer, but then gently pressed all the new bearings in after my frame was painted with a big hydraulic press that my work has.
If you're not confident or don't have the right tools then take it to your LBS, they won't charge the earth to fit them.

Ok cheers. Any idea where I can get the new bearings from? Did you remove the headset hearings also?0

If you're getting it painted then you'll have to remove everything.
You can try your nearest Haro dealer for replacement bearings, but most bearings are off the shelf numbers anyway.
On the side of the bearing will be it's size and type code which you can use to get new ones from any bearing dealer like: http://simplybearings.co.uk/shop/index.php
For example, my Shova uses 6003 2RS C3 bearings, which I can get from the above website for £3.30 + VAT.
I don't know what yours will be but I'd imagine they'll be easy enough to find.
If not, then you'll have to order them from your Haro dealer.
