How light is your bike??

Thought i would start a little contest on here to find who has the lighest and the heavest bike!

To find the weight of your bike its easy. Get your scales you use at home to weigh yourself, first weight youself and write down your weight. Then step on the scales holding your bike. Once you have both figures, minus your weight from the weight of yourself and your bike and that leaves you with your bikes weight! Easy

I will get the ball rolling with my ride which is a 2009 Trek 8500 which comes in at 25kg

My bike is around 24lb.

25KG? are you sure? bar full on downhill bikes i'd guess most MTB's to be 30lb/14KG

Mine is 28lbs.....makes not a jot of difference when the rider weighs 190lbs

The old girl weighs 14.55kg.
I know this because I took her into my work to weigh her on the digital scales in our dispatch area. I'm off to Morzine at summer and only have 35kg to play with, and that includes bike, bike bag, kit, clothes and spares.

19.1 lbs. Ti Merlin. King hubs on Mavic 819 rims, King headset, Ritchey WCS carbon bars, stem, post, XTR shifters, crank, front mech, shadow carbon rear mech, XTR chain and titanium casette, XTR peddals, Fox RLC 100 forks, Hope mono mini pro brakes with floating rotors and carbon levers. Selle Royal Italia carbon and titanium seat. All the bolts for brakes, stem and seat clamp are titanium.
