Pah! There were three of us- two upmarket ATBs and my fixie, they were both wearing proper cycling kit and looked the part... Only one of us, however, was splattered from his chilly little toes to his shiny bald pate with cold muddy water... As looks go it was about as cool as a jalapeno in a geyser....
Now, if he's just come off the DH course at Fort Bill, he might have carried it off, but at ten o clock on a winter's night in Edinburgh..? :-)
To his credit, he wasn't actually shivering.

Also - I don't hate my raceblades - they work fine and I'm grateful for them when they do. On the other hand, my front raceblade doesn't actually fit on the Focus, and the back blade is a little bit warped so it's impossible to find a perfect fit.0
