old bike rebuild/parts ?

Hi, I've just bought my first old steel bike, it's fairly complete, but need to locate some washers for the front wheel spindle, they fit over the spindle, against the forks, and have a raised center that fit into the forks to prevent the thread from from rubbing on the metal fork legs if that makes sense.

secondly I'd like a proper bolt fix set of full length mudguards, and a pin mounted frame pump (distance between pin points is 47cm) .

anyone know where I might gets some or all of these bits.
