It looks to me that that you are getting just the inner cable, the CRC £20 are for inner and outer and the sealed caps:

These are a better buy as when you put them side by side with the XTR you can tell no difference:

Hi, from what I can see the item on ebay is the inner cables only whereas the link for the item on CRC are a full cable set including outers, ferrules etc.
I may be wrong but thats how it looks to me.
