Forgive me, i am sure this is a common question, I did have a look but could not find any thing on here... BUT - what is the best way to prevent them from fogging over?

I use sainsburys big value lemon washng up liquid.

if your glasses have removable lense then take'em out to do it.

I use Nixwax Visorproof, it's awesome... It doesn't just stop fogging, it makes rain roll straight off as well, very handy. But I gather it can react with some coated lenses, I read somewhere that it's not recommended for use with hygrophobic coatings as you can get a rainbowing effect.

I wear glasses too, and I just gently wash them in water with plenty of either Radox shower gel (strong bubble solution) or lemon washing up liquid. The important tip is then NOT to dry or rub them witha cloth, as this will remove the thin coating of soap that you need to raise the thermal properties of the lens, which can prevent the misting of water vapour on them.

Been using washing up liquid since my old motorbike courier days 8) put a tiny spot on both inside and outside and polish off.The inside will stop them fogging, the outside helps rain to run off.
Tried all the branded stuff over the years,fog-off etc, washing up liquid is better and cheaper than them all

Might sound gross, but its better than any of the suggestions,

    SPIT.

Used SPIT when I was paintballing and it worked a treat, and its cheap as well
