where is the cheapest place to get one from?
Merlin are doing it in Blue for £50 - but really wanted Black - but thats £70 cheapest I have seen.
Anyone know where I can get a black one for £50ish?
If not will just get it in blue

I got the diarrhoea coloured "Coyote" because i couldnt justify the extra cost for the other colours. I'm a bit peeved that Merlin then started doing blue ones, I would have preferred those!

In the end I decided against it!
I am gonna keep my old Mule, and just get a new bladder.
I can use a different (non-cycle-specific) rucksack if I need to carry more gear (2+ day cycling trips etc)0 -
I got the blue HAWG from Merlin for Christmas. Used it 4 or 5 times now. Previously I had a halfords hydration pack that could only hold a few tools and a spare top at most- it did it's job but I broke the buckles so had to tie it on
I thought the Hawg would feel a lot heavier due to all the extra space, but it's so comfortable the extra weight you can put into it sits well on your back / shoulders, and when empty it's not much heavier thanthe halfords one!
I highly recommend it! I'm looking forward to some longer summer runs when the 3l capacity will come in handy.0
