Spinning Classes

I am working in London next week and although I plan to bring my bike to do some training in RP on Saturday and Sunday, I dont really fancy braving the traffic in the dark to train during the week.

Does anyone know where I can do some spinning classes in Central London without being a gym member, or somewhere that I could join for just the week?
