Giant Defy range (probably a 4 model)

Hello. I'm not new to cycling, but i'm getting my first road bike soon. Scouting around on the internet, prices don't tend to be within my price range! Although i've had a look at the Giant Defy range and it seems to be the most accessible to me. Seems fairly well specced too.

I know it's a case of trying out bikes to get a good feel for one, but just wondering if anyone has bought a Giant Defy bike, and what they thought of it...
