Hi Guys
Just about to purchase my first 'new' bike and I seem to be leaning towards the BeOne Ten from CRC. With my very limited knowledge the Spec looks good for the money. Spent a week on the Internet looking for good deals on last years models but not many jump out as bargains. I can't find out a great deal about the BeOne but what I have found seems quite positive, any opinions ? anyone have one, ridden one ?
Any help or info would be really great
Thanks
Rich

Generally not too bad a spec, but let down by an AWFUL fork. God knows why they've specced an XT mech and avid brakes, when they could have had decent yet cheaper gears and brake and specced at least a dart 2.
The Dart 1 is undamped...basically a pogo stick.
Better bikes to be had at this price. Mongoose Tyax super. GT aggressors/avalanche. Maybe even a rockhopper if there are still deals available.0 -

Yep, the really nasty fork lest it down.0

is it worth getting and upgrading the forks later on ?0

It was never worth 600 quid, 400 is a decent price, but out of the box will be out performed by many others.
Fork upgarde is essential unless you plan to ride just very easy terrain.
What do your local shops have? Any you can try first?0
