Scott S40, Defty 2, Allez Sport or a Felt F95

These are the four bikes I have narrowed it down to. I am 6ft 2 and about 15.5stone. I am going to use the bike for a 25mile / day commute.

Does anyone have experience of any of these bikes. can't seem to find much on the Felt or the Scott.

I have heard good things about the defty 2 for comfort and the allez sport is a bit more stretched out.

This will be my first road bike so any advice on these would be much appreciated.

I have a 08 sportster frame buil up with expensive ultegra and pro vibe kit. The frame is as good as the rest and very resposive/stiff. ITs also a light alu frame and looks nice up close - plus a addict fork!! Cant go wrong! You can find last years bikes much cheaper though.

The Defy 2 resoundingly beat the Allez Sport in a Triathlon220 test, FWIW. Having said that, you still need a bike that works for you, so go try them out...

I can't decide between the first three, but the Felt is not as well kitted out as the others.

Test ride the Scott, Spesh and the Giant if you can
