A bag of E numbers, aren't you lucky  Obviously ther staff have been eating the 'Wiggle' sweets and not sending them out to the customers.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

I never get sweets off them :(
  • I've had them a few times, even got a bottle opener once! But nothing at all the last few orders :(
  • I don't get it. How do you get sweets from them?

They just put a small pack in the box now and then (no use to me because they usually contain gelatine), a nice touch. Last month I got the bottle opener / key ring. Perhaps you have to be a special customer (i.e. spend the price of a small car).

My box only had my bike bits this morning - I want sweets.

Im a gold Customer, I have had 1 Packet of sweets ever. I would like to swap them for a bottle opener if someone is agreeable.
  • Shame, I was going to buy my bike from them but it was cheaper somewhere else. The extra £20 I would have spent on wiggle would have been worth it for sweets!!!

Sorry, I am rather attached to my bottle opener (!), never used it in anger, keeping it for "best".
  • I have a bottle opener that came free with mbuk which says wiggle on it.

Is that what they were - I've had a few of them, thought they were some sort of dodgy key holder to fit on your belt. I threw them away. Wiggle - bring back the sweeties please.
  • As a platinum customer (again) I have sweets, bottle openers, complimentary tool kits galore...

They run out at the end of this month. I know this because I wanted to use them on a long ride so I got the full benefit of their tiny but no doubt glucosey goodness which would obviously help me to ride like someone on a long break away then Sprint like Cav at the end. Problem is that Im not going on any "long" rides until its nice and Sunny out. Right, 3 hours on the Turbo then

SteveR_100Milers, COMPLIMENTARY TOOL KITS? Just logged in and checked my account with Wiggle which says that Im £86 away from Platinum, there must be something I need.

Do you also get the 'Free Weekly Bike Washing Service' and 'Post Club Run Thai Massage Service' that I get as a Platinum customer?

If I do and it cost £86 they might send me a Complimentary one, what will I do then? Swap it for a bottle opener I guess!
  • A complimentary tool kit is a wonderfully crafted set of allen keys, in ultra short lightweight guise for the racers amongst us....at least the bottle opener works!

I really dare not say how much I've spent with them over the last few months but I don't even get sweets any more. I got a bottle opener a few weeks ago but apart from that never get anything.

For example : one of my orders was around £350 - no sweeties or gift

one of my wifes orders was less than a tenner with sweets
  • I'm a platinum customer and never had a single thing!

And they have had many opportunities too!

They must not like me. :?

I think if you spend too much they don't bother looking after us!!

I can't believe how pi**ed off I get over a 20p pack of gums

Is this serious or a joke this thread :?
Wiggle are sending out sweets and keyrings when you spend a certain amount ?

I only ever got the sweets when I put a note in the online order box subtly asking after them!

Since then it has been random. A couple of bags of sweets, a bottle opener, and today a 'Wiggle Complementary Bike Tool' probably because I just bought a bike!

I'm a platinum customer. I have had sweets and about 4 tyre levers which are pretty useful actually cos they are small and fit on a key ring.

I don't think it's relative to how much you spend though. It seems kinda random to me, prolly just relative to what stuff they have an abundance of kicking around.
  • I have come to the conclusion that te more you spend the worse the service is!
What a fantastically creative new approach to retailing.
Just how many emails does one have to send to find find out how long the REAL leadtime is and then to change it to an alternative item that's actually going to be in stock this side of the summer!! Aaaarrghh!!

    To prove a point.

3 separate deliveries over 2 days - NO freebies :(

It doesn't help when the wife rubs it in about her freebies either
  • No freebies for me ...

In fact my order came minus the shoulder strap for my rack bag!

A swift e-mail generated the promise of the missing item coming soon - wonder if that will come with some sweeties :?:
    Ride On ...
  • I much preferred the bottle opener. very useful.
