I have had mine for about 3 weeks and am so glad i didnot listen to the ive fallen off cant get my foot out there rubbish brigade, yes ive had a comedy fall due to not unclipping, but i stuck with it nearly had a second comedy fall but luckily i was next to a wall so managed to rebalance myself, then today im cycling along went through a really muddy part of the track i was not going fast enough bike stopped and i guess through instinct my shoe unclipped and i got my foot down in time i did not realise i had even done this until my brain registered moments after getting my foot down. It came very naturally
