Better tyres?

I have Panaracer Razer MX 2.3 tyres and are great on the road and in dry conditions.

When it gets more wetand muddy tho, they get quite slippery and loose. Any advice on better wet/muddy grippy tyres which don't weigh a ton and do the job on road?

    I like my High Roller 2.35s but they are pretty draggy on roads and are heavy ish - great grip in pretty much any conditions though.

    After some searching on this forum, i've seen 'Panaracer Cinder' get good comments as do the High Roller 2.35's.

    With punctures being the bain of my life i've seen 'Panaracer Cinder Steel Tyre 2008'.

    Will these tyres help to stop punctures and are they any heavier or have other drawbacks?
