Ardeche Mountain bike trails

Hi Folks,
am going to the Ardeche in May and was wondering where I can get maps of trails to bring the family on and also ride myself.

    Hi George. Throughout France there are lots of trails marked by the FFC. You can often get maps ant Tourist Offices and many are signed. Quality of trails, maps and signs does vary a lot though and you'll still want an IGN map - French OS.

    You might find a bit more on their website: http://www.ffc.fr/
    Or check out the local tourist site. In a lot of regions the french are pretty good at making info about biking routes available.
