Carrera Fury 08 or GT Aggressor XC 2 09

MTB - Novice HELP

Hi

I'm a complete Mountain bike novice & need some advice from the experts!!

I have the option of buying either Carrera Fury 08 or GT Aggressor XC 2 09 .

I have 2 buy the bike from Halfords coz ive signed up for the Cycle2work scheme.

Which bike should I choose????

If it was me, i'd go for the carrera just for the forks and the brilliant reviews that people on here give it.
However, i'm pretty certain that i've read that on the C2W scheme, halfords can ship in any brand of bike for you.

Yeah, Halfords can order in anything for you (not only for c2w scheme), only problem is you would have to pay full rrp for them to bring in the items.

i ride a carrera and highly recommend it! the forks are amazing especially at this price range! my friends also have £500 bikes but there dart 2's and suntours seize up especially in the cold. ive added a few upgrades to my carrera but its lovely with the stock.

Ive had my 07 Fury for 2 years,its a great XC bike !

Fury's ace. Proper big thumper of a bike, you can do pretty much anything on one. Er, budget £20 for new pedals though, the ones it comes with are absolute mince Should do you proud.
