loose front wheel

Hi can anyone help every time i go out on my bike after about ten miles the front wheel starts to come loose at the bearing i have tried tightening it more but when i clamp the wheel back in it will not run free any advice

    Sounds like you need to adjust the bearing then tighten up the locknuts with a set of cone spanners.
