Seems the scoring favours the classic riders slightly. Or am I just being stupid?

Armstrong is going to give lots of points, considering he's a really low rank and is bound to do pretty well.

    Here's my team on the fantasy cycling at the moment;

    1 Contador Velasco Alberto (Astana)
    2 Cancellara Fabian (Team CSC)
    3 Cavendish Mark (High Road)
4 Vande Velde Christian (Slipstream Chipotle Presented By H30)
    5 Schleck Andy (Team CSC)
6 Sörensen Chris Anker (Team CSC)
    7 Popovych Yaroslav (Silence-Lotto)
    8 Hunter Robert (Barloworld)
    9 Colom Mas Antonio (Astana)
10 Dean Julian (Slipstream Chipotle Presented By H30)
    11 Armstrong Lance (Astana)

Here is my team - Quads of Doom

    1 Contador Velasco Alberto (Astana)
    2 Cancellara Fabian (Team CSC)
    3 Cavendish Mark (High Road)
4 Vande Velde Christian (Slipstream Chipotle Presented By H30)
    5 Ciolek Gerald (High Road)
    6 Roche Nicolas (Credit Agricole)
    7 Popovych Yaroslav (Silence-Lotto)
8 Martin Daniel (Slipstream Chipotle Presented By H30)
9 Millar David (Slipstream Chipotle Presented By H30)
    10 Boom Lars ()
11 Danielson Tom (Slipstream Chipotle Presented By H30)

Didn't pick Armstrong as he's not entering many races. Dan Martin and Lars Boom may have a stellar year...

9 Chavanel Sébastien (Française Des Jeux)

    11 Basso Ivan (Liquigas)

I didn't pick Armstrong because he's not going to win anything.

1 Valverde Belmonte Alejandro (Caisse d´Epargne)
    2 Boonen Tom (Quick Step)
    3 Cavendish Mark (High Road)
4 Chavanel Sylvain (Cofidis, le Credit Par Telephone)
    5 Dekker Thomas ()
    6 Dessel Cyril (Ag2r-La Mondiale)
7 Arroyo Duran David (Caisse d´Epargne)
8 Zabriskie David (Slipstream Chipotle Presented By H30)
    9 Tankink Bram (Rabobank)
    10 Petacchi Alessandro (Lpr Brakes)
    11 Basso Ivan (Liquigas)

I figured Valverde on the basis of the scoring system, which seems to favour a couple classics wins over a tour win.

Basso's got the Giro sown up :), and I LOVE Tankink, so would be foolish to leave him out.
