I'm so clever - football socks to keep my knees warm in this cold weather! I wear 3/4 length trousers and I'm paranoid abut cold knees causing crippleyness in later life. :shock:

AND they look a bit like plus fours. 8)

Just black ones like.

    If you cut the feet off them, you could pull them up even further and make them into leg warmers. But then you'd need some socks.

    I have suggested this practice top others in the past, worn in a style a la Terry Henry. I would only recommend Heart of Midlothian or Liverpool socks though.
