Hi i've signed up at last lol! my name's Alan, or al, i'm 32 from essex, i used to race mountain bikes about 10 years ago, sponsored by my local shop, but then got sidetracked, and drifted away 
, however last year i saw the light again, and was fortunate enough to afford a new bike, i bought a mongoose amasa super, its great, and since then have been getting out whenever possible, but am really on here looking for new friends, and hopefully some riding companions, male or female, any age, in essex or surrounding areas, to help me get my fitness levels back up, maybe do days/weekends away, as i say i've lost most of my old fitness, so wouldnt be anything too strenuous to start with lol! hope to hear from some of you soon!
