    The two settings are for pro pedal on or pro pedal off.

    Pro pedal on reduces the pedal bob and virtually locks out the rear suspension.
    Pro pedal off means the rear shock is fully active.

    I only use the propedal for long road sections and even then sometimes i don't bother because it pedals so well with it off and I always forget to turn it off again when I get to the next off road bit.

    :idea: what about the rocky mountain ,that should do the trick ,easy bike to ride ,great susp ,front and rear , and it will take a bash or 2 ,, :idea:
