    Too low a gear: legs spinning like mad, sort of freewheeling and pedaliing at the same time. Inefficnent.

    I hate it when I accidentally do that on the trails, drives me up the wall! :roll:

    Before I moved my shifters in on the bars I kept knocking them and ending up on the granny ring which totally spoilt my flow. I'd like to move my brake levers in a bit further but they are designed to sit neatly next to the gear shifters and I don't want to move those any further in now.

    ignore this if you have already tried it.....move the brakes to the inside (the other side) of the shifters. thats what i did with mine
