Garmin Training Centre Week starting on Sunday

I know I have seen this on here before but I can't find it so sorry for the repetition.
Anyone know how to change this so the week starts on Monday please?

Whilst I am on - does anyone else struggle to get the profile on the unit and on your PC to sync - I always get a warning that they are different.

    I get a warning but I think its because I've used 3 gps units with my pc profile.
    T hats the only issue I've had and its not a major one to be honest.I could probably sort it out but have never looked into it.
    Not sure how to change the settings you want though
