Rookie question on Turbo Trainers

Hi All
Apologies in advance if I am asking a stupid question. I'm quite new to the whole cycling thing and I want to buy a turbo trainer to train indoors.
I train with a Marin Highway One flatbar 'hybrid', using Continental 700 x 25c tyres.
I've decided I am going to buy the Cycleops Fluid 2 trainer after reading all the reviews/comments. One of the uk retailing websites says this trainer is compatible with Wheel Sizes: 26", 650c, 700c.
So my question is...is my 700 x 25c tyre/wheel size the same as 700c??
Any feedback would be most grateful.
Thanks, Garrett
