Hello chaps,
After having a rather serious leg injury (required the help of Great Ormand Street Hospital) a few years back I have decided to embark on a quest of fitness, I'm currently 17 - verging on 18 very soon but don't feel I am fit as I could be for my age, I'm developing quite a gut and my shoulders are no longer broad - I'm skinny at best.
I'll be keeping a blog tallying my weekly efforts and keeping track of my fitness levels, this includes weight, BMI, physique, heart rate etc....
Stay tuned!

Good luck.
Don't get too hung up on the bmi, a high percentage of fit active people are well over the 'recommended' level.
Remember muscle weighs more than fat. % body fat is the measurement you want to look at.0
