noise from the crank.....

Hi all,

recently, there is a ticking nosie coming from the crank of my bike everytimes i pedaled.

sorry for lack of information but this is the best i can descript the issue.

does anyone know what the issue can be fix or how this is happening?

any advices would be must appreciated.

    Hi Henry,

    It's probably something simple and easily fixable - though it's surprisingly hard to pinpoint the source of such noises so don't be sure it's the crank until you've either foun the problem or eliminated all other potential sources.

  • I presume you have checked the bottom bracket is not loose? Is the ticking there when you pedal and disappear when you freewheel?
    To know the road ahead, ask someone coming back......
