easy to change from revo shifters to ez fire shifters???

Hi,
So im just wondering is it a big job to change from revo grip shifters to ez fire shifters, my bike at the mo has revo shifter and iv just ordered some ez fire shifters, not right keen on the revo shifters. Its got shimano sytem on it 21 speed so i've ordered 7 speed ez shifters, think i've got that right.
any help will be greatly appreciated.

Not too hard a job for the home mechanic TBH. It will be a good idea to replace the outer from ther bars to the frame as there will be a length differential. You should be able to swap the brake cables over without undoing them at the brake by unhooking the cable and sliding the outer along though there might be some adjustment. The hardest part of the job will be setting the gears up again.
