Spain, Madrid area quetions.

I'm a California kid living in Madrid, 7 hour drive to the surf so I decided to get back on a bike. Just picked up a Fuel Ex 7 plus all the appropriate gear, now I just need a little knowledge of the area. I know Casa de Campo has tons of trails but I would have no idea where to start.

Anyone have any info or know any good trail guides in English for the area?
