Opinions on Bike Adventures?

My wife and I are considering doing a LE-JOG ride. A tour provided by Bike Adventures meets her requirements (approx. 50 miles/day, no camping) and well as mine (August/September time frame). I don't know the company. Does anyone have any experience with the company that they can share.

Alternatively, is there another company that we should consider?
