hi chaps,
looking at getting a new seat and seat post... due to the fact the seat is split open and the post is a little bent due to it getting run over at work  (and its a lay back which i hate)
would really like to start puting lighter bits on the old beast as its heavy enough...
really only doing FR if that helps so looking for jump/FR seat me thinks....
i know i should just get off my a55 and go to the lbs and sort it but i do like to ask you old boys frist as you always helped in the past...
(bike is an 06 stinky)
any help would be great!!!

Definitelly go for the aluminum Thompson seat post. Got a 400mm one to replace a 300mm Bontrager and it was less than half the weight and far stronger.EX8 Rules0
