Steamed up glasses

A problem which I had in the rain today.
Once I slowed down and got stuck in traffic my glasses steamed up and I could not see anything.
I wear prescription cycling glasses and the between the two lenses got steamed up. In the end I had to take these off and put my normal glasses on to get to work. The main problem with these is that they are quite small and dont give my eyes much protection.
Any help or ideas will be gratefully recieved.
Thanks

Just stop breathing.
Contacts and bigger glasses.
Sounds like there isn't enough air getting around, are you blocking airflow with anything? Is there any adjustment on your glasses?
There are tons of anti fog sprays and stuff that make a modicum of difference.0 -
Rub a tiny bit of washing up liquid on them before you set out. Don't know why but it works!0

You need a longer nose, in order to position the glasses further from your face.
That's why I have got an extremely long nose.0 -
Washing up liquid as mentioned, rinse off of course, and it will work !0
