Having just been to Tenerife for some winter training I can highly recommend the following:
1. If you are in the South and want the whole package the best board, guided tours and supported tours which are essential the roads are incompatible with a GPS and thus local knowledge is the key….. this is your man:

2. If you are in the North and require bike hire use this fellow.
