accessing gpx files

hi call me thick if you must but can anyone advise how I can download the free gpx files
p,s, i still think my computer is steam driven

    they are available from bike radar website if you check this months wmb in the rides section

    Not sure about what it says in wmb, but here's how to download gpx files for any of the routes on the website:

    Go to the Routes and Riding section, and find the route you want.
    From the route's page, click the button at the top saying "To post your own route and more click here". This will take you to the route's page on Bikely.
    Hover over the Share menu, and click "Download .gpx".
