just wondering what stuff do you guys do to keep your suspension forks in good working condition and particular oil/grease etc

See what the instructions say for service intervals!
Usually a wipe down with a damp clamp, and lubing the seals as they recommend. Check bolts are tight.0 -
what type of lube do you use?0

teflon chain lube or the fluid that is in the fork.
Again the manual of a specific fork will tell you what is best.0 -
