Question - Would you be prepared to pay for somewhere to park your bike and have showers and what do you feel is a fair price in central London or any major city

Had a quick look around, but I couldn't find any of them. Somewhere on commuting though!!

My view is that its a good idea, but most people can find somewhere to lock a bike and, for a shower and changing facilities, you are up aganst city centre gyms, which run to £45-60+ a month. The sorts of figures that I remember being quoted for bike storage was £1-2 a day.

£1 a day is possible. £2 a day puts you squarely in the range of a gym (up here anyway) where, of course, you get use of not only a shower, but also a gym. Since many people will also be members of a gym, you may find it tough to make it cost effective for a lot of your target customers.
  • Thanks for that and great avatar by the way, watched it again over christmas and forgot how good it was
