anyone with a commencal 5.5 large?

bought this bike 5 months ago in a large just wondered if anyone else had noticed a slight flat part on the back of the seat tube where the frame goes into the rocker link, cousin has same bike in medium but does not have this , looks like it has been hit but there's not any mark on paint work to suggest that it has
