Disappointing frame re-spray (rubbish joke)

Basically, I had an old Galaxy touring frame sat around in the shed, which I thought might be worth building into a commuter bike. So, I took it to a frame builder with a view to getting it finished in a nice metallic charcoal grey/gunmetal finish.
As such, I was less than thrilled a few weeks later when the frame returned in plain old gloss black, despite having paid the extra for a metallic finish.
I was extremely dissatisfied with the job the framebuilder had done, and told him in no uncertain terms......"Never darken my Dawes again!"
I'll get me coat
