Since my friend appears to have completely ditched me this morning because he's "too tired" to go biking. Anyone up for a ride at Woburn Sands today?

Singletrack / XC stuff, novice level.

    Would come over to Woburn but I have karate training on Saturdays. Sundays better for me but not this Sunday as i need to sort my laptop out.
