Anyone in the Madrid area?

I'm a California kid living in Madrid, 7 hour drive to the surf so I decided to get back on a bike. 8) Just picked up a Fuel Ex 7 plus all the appropriate gear, now I just need a little knowledge of the area. I know Casa de Campo has tons of trails but I would have no idea where to start.
Anyone have any info or know any good trail guides in English for the area?
All is appreciated,
Paul

Hi Paul.
Where abouts are you based in Madrid?
If you know the Casa de Campo its a good start as its used for the cross country world cup round.
Did you buy your Trek from a shop in Madrid?
Most shops have clubs/teams and most have group rides for both road and mtb at the weekend.
I dont know of any trail guides in English.
