Bike / Cycle Insurance

Hi, just want to know who is the best insurance provider in terms of customer service, claims settled quickly, etc. I ain't fussed about a couple £'s difference here and there. I have come across Cycleguard, Evans Cycles and ETA. So far ETA have come cheapest at £28 (£250 value) including injury cover. Cyclegaurd and Evans Cycles both quoted £30 but say injury is additional. Excess on Cycleguard and Evans Cycles states £0 but I can't find any info regarding excess on ETA.
