I worked in Burger King for research into Management in non-office environments when doing my HND. That was 17 years ago and I have only eaten in their once since that experience.

It wasn't a question of the staff not washing their hands after coming off cleaning duties (including the toilets!), but hand washing facilities NOT BEING AVAILABLE!
