The Pirates are back...........

After a winter without chav's shouting at me they're now back with what I can only describe as Pirate Syndrome. As I ride past they feel the need to lean out into the road and shout AAAAAAAHHHHHAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHH :shock: :shock:

I can only put this down to Pirates of the Caribean being on the box several times over christmas and they feel the need to express their love of Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow as loudly as they can :evil: :evil: :evil: . Now I'm a good looking chap :wink: , but definately not in Johnny Depps league, and although I'm wearing brightly coloured clothing and tights my resemblance to a pirate would seriously be in doubt :? so i'm not really sure where the confusion is :lol::lol::lol::lol:

Has Pirate Syndrome spread to any other areas of the country?

    On my way in this morning two chavs felt the need to shout AAAHHAAARRGGGHH at me in a very piratey fashion

    and I have a very odd sense of humour :roll:

    When you say, "piratey" I think its confusing.

    To me, "piratey" requires at least that the outburst should end in "M'Laddy", as in;

    "Arrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhhhh..........M'Laddy" (pref. with manic body language).

    Were they wearing odd, impractical hats?

    If you consider Burbery caps to be odd and impractical then yes, and perhaps they did add a 'M'laddy but I was too far up the road to hear it by that time

    The other explanation is they're trying to make me fall off in shock for their own purile enjoyment :evil: :evil: :evil:

    However having watched far too much Monty Python I prefer the more absurd explanation and shall start carrying a plastic cutlass :lol::lol::lol::lol:

    Thumbs up for chavs shouting arrrrrr in a humorous manner rather than chucking stuff at you or riding you off the road!

    I'm not sure it was meant as humorous, but that's the way I'm taking it :D

    They'll be completely baffled when I reply with a hearty 'JIM LAD' :lol::lol::lol:

    I was worried for a moment. I thought Talk Like A Pirate day had come around again already. I felt the rush of time flying by at an increasing rate.
