How do you put pictures on the forum?

How do you put pictures on the forum?, not just the hyperlink the actual picture, i put the image tag, then the hyperling and then close tag. But it didnt work???

right click on the picture- go to properties- copy the url and past it as shown below. make sure the url ends with .jpg so delete the ?v=0 -then put it between the image codes

and you get....
