    well i love the idea and think it would work well in the design. just a case of finding the right image that is copyright free. I'll have a think about it. thanks for your help!

  • Definatley breaks things up a bit, could be good to have a few more images on the pages with lots of script, so it's not just the one at the top of the page

    Yeah, I was trying to keep the number of images down to a minimum to increase the page load speed, I hate slow loading sites and images hit the server heavily. But i'll definately have a think about it. Thanks again :)
  • Or just hold the one image stationary so the text scrolls over it

    Yeah I tried that but it didn't work too well when it went under certain parts of the page. But I may have another go at it at some point. You also get into different browser dependant behaviours for certain css properties like fixed images, which can look a bit nasty. I'll have a look at it though. Cheeers.
