I may be associated with a pair.....
If I had a stalker, I would hug it and kiss it and call it George...or Dick

I wore a beard for sixteen years, but shaved it off when it went grey/white in my early forties, making me look like Methuselah's grandad. I still miss it on cold mornings.

Nobody, but nobody, f*cks with a man who has beard icicles.

Totally agree, well with the exception of a blotto Lithuanian, his wife and mother, that is!
I can afford to talk softly!....................I carry a big stick!
  • I usually grow a winter beard, not long usually just beyong stubble length, possibly psycholgical but I do find it keeps the chill off.

I can't remember seeing too many beards amongest the pro peleton?

no, no NO!! beards are awful. your food gets stuck to them, you look like a dosser, they PUT years on you, people look at you strangely and the No. 1 reason to not have a beard?? Women hate them!! so if you're looking for a laydee.....forget the hairy face.

    people look at you strangely
    this is a good thing.

Given a certain tea-time game show host and ex-radio DJ's fondness for wearing tidily-trimmed facial hair, I reckon Beard Or No Beard would've been a better title for this thread.
