what is the best for cleaning a bike...hard graft and soapy water or do muc off and such like products actually work?
I would love to have my cassette look like new rather than a week old !

Fenwicks for cleaning.

Halfords or Finish Line teflon oil for lubing.

Halfords red teflon grease for greasing.

And an old toothbrush with elbow grease ;-)
