Truvativ Howitzer / Holzfeller advice please

Having had problems with my Truvativ Husselfelt crank bolts working loose (and one snapping!) I decided to upgrade to a Holzfeller. However as is usually the case I've hit a snag. When I tightened the non-drive side crank arm up to the bb - they did not meet i.e. there is a gap in which you can see the splines of the bb. Now I'm guessing I need some kind of spacer but despite my best efforts on google I've no idea where to source the correct part. Could someone point me in the right direction? Am I right in thinking it's the one I've circled in this pic?

does not sound like you have any problems.
they are both Howitzer fitting?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I can't figure it out myself - the best way to describe it is there isn't enough thread to get the arm all the way onto the the splined area of the bottom bracket. It tightens up but only goes about 2/3 of the way and leaves a gap between the arm and bb. Maybe I'm being noob - I'll give it another go, but it seems to require a spacer. (Also - I am running single ring)0

the crank arms should but up to the bearing so if it is not then the splines are damaged or the arms are wrong.
Basically the inner race needs to be clamped on both sides by the axle and the crank."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Thanks for the advice nicklouse, I reckon I'm just about sorted - It doesn't fully butt up - there is about a 1mm gap where the spines are just visible. I'm guessing this is okay to run.0
