Seat Clamp Size

Hi,
I am looking to replace the seat post clamp - thought this would be simple!. Its a Marin c2006, the seat post is marked 27.2 but having taken the old qr clamp off I see its marked as 34. Looking at the on line shops neither size comes up - any advice please

The three most common sizes are 28.6, 31.8 and 34.9mm. Yours will most probably be the middle size. What frame is it?0

Hmmm, as nick says, could be that 34.9.
Can you measure the outer diamter of the seat tube (not seat post) at the top?0 -

Its about 31/32 as best as I can see with stanley tape ! so should be 31.9 ......... thanks for all your help0
